That's me in the picture above but I have to tell you I didn't always look that way. When I was younger I was the "scrawny little guy" who got picked on, bullied, rejected and had to fight for every once of progress in the gym.
I use to FEAR that I would NEVER be able to get the ripped hard body that I so desperately wanted. That being big, strong, and fit wasn't even possible for me and that I'd just stay the same forever... I was embarrassed by the way my body looked, I hated the way I felt about myself, and I felt like there was no hope for me...
This is what I used to look like... And this is what I look like NOW... From A Skinny Teen, To Chubby, And Finally Lean & Muscular!
But after many years of long and tedious trial, error, and experimentation I finally met some "bodybuilding mentors" who helped guide me down the path of muscle building success. And with their help I developed a realistic approach to muscle building that "genetically average folks", like you and I, can apply to gain lean ripped muscle and burn off stubborn bodyfat.
I now have the lean muscular body that I've always wanted...
